Is it a good fit for a small team?
Yes. The Start, Business and Pro plans are built for small teams — sign up, try free for 3 weeks, then add users or upgrade your plan.
How long does implementation take?
With Start, Business and Pro you can get to work right after signing up. Enterprise projects run in three phases: analysis and setup, execution and training, go-live — followed by 2 weeks of hypercare.
How is our existing data (Excel, legacy system) migrated?
Our team helps migrate customer, product, price and stock balance data. For Enterprise, the migration plan is built during the analysis phase, and API and FTP integrations are supported.
What devices are needed?
The mobile app runs on Android devices, and the web portal works in any modern browser. No special hardware is needed.
Does field work stop without internet?
No. Transactions are recorded on the device in offline mode, and only changed data is synced once the connection is back.
How does support work after go-live?
Support depends on the plan: tickets on all plans, live chat from Business, SLA (5/9) on Pro, and on Enterprise also phone (WhatsApp) and a dedicated coordinator. Cloud monitoring is included in all plans.
How is pricing determined?

How do I sign up?
You create your company account yourself on the sign-up page — it takes a few minutes. The trial is free for 3 weeks, then you choose the plan that fits.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. New modules and users are added to your existing setup — the system is not reset.
